My new favorite pregnancy item: compression socks. I went yesterday to a medical supply store and a nice lady measured around my ankles and then said, "Wow. You are quite swollen." Yes, I know my feet look like big puffy sausages, thank you.I was so excited to get home and try them on. They are like REALLY tight knee highs. I have no idea how a pregnant woman could get these on herself though...Matt had to help me, which was quite humorous! They aren't the prettiest things, but my feet have been feeling much better, which at the moment is all I care about!

Did you know that a lot of nurses have to wear these? I can't imagine how, since I've heard that they're really warm. I think I'd be burning up!

You definitely need to show Baby Dart these pictures when he's older and tell him how much you were willing to go through for him to be here!!! :) I sure hope the stockings help. I've worn them at work before when my legs have ached a lot from being on my feet so much, and they have really helped me. I am sure I will be wearing them again in a few months!
