We've been busy the last couple of days helping my parents get ready for their Sunday School Christmas party that was last night. They teach a class and they were in charge of all the food. And Matt loves any opportunity to cook. Especially meat. This was his first time cooking a whole beef tenderloin and he loved it.
There was other food too: shrimp...
spinach artichoke dip...
cheese and grapes...
the best apple dip in the world (I'll post recipe soon)...
white chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookies...
And smoked turkey from Southern Soul, crab stew from Barbara Jeans, and peanut butter and chocolate fudge that we made. Mmmm.... I didn't eat dinner because I just knew there would be leftovers after the party was over. Nope. Nothing. They ate it all!
