Our ferocious dog Coco

We are really enjoying Matt having this week off. Today we had a picnic by the lake - peaches, raspberries, chenin blanc, gruyere, and crackers. The weather was great - sunny and about 70 degrees, and we had a great time!

The best part was when these little kids came up and wanted to play with our dogs. Matt had been throwing the frisbee with Ellie, and they wanted to try as well. But apparently they were terrified of dogs, because when our little dog Coco trotted over to them, one of the kids took off running and screaming. Coco, who we couldn't get to follow us if we tried all day, thought it was a game and chased this kid all over the park. The poor kid was in tears by the time it was over. Did I mention that Coco is a clueless 11 pound Cavalier King Charles spaniel?
