Matt and I had SUCH a great time on our much-needed getaway last week. It was kid free, internet and email free, and phone free…such a rare occurrence in our lives! It was Matt's first cruise, and it'd been 10 years since I'd gone on one in college. We went on Royal Caribbean for four nights and stopped in Nassau and Royal Caribbean's island, Coco Cay.

| I'd done a little research ahead of time and got us day passes at the British Colonial Hilton. They have beautiful property and we got to use their pool and beach chairs and it included a TERRIFIC lunch. This was the highlight of our trip. |

Each night we had a different animal waiting on us in our room…
On the last day we were at sea all day. We found a deck on the back of the ship that was hidden enough that we were the only ones out there! It was heaven!

I'm trying to talk Matt into doing a trip like this every year…I'm a southern girl living in freezing Chicago - I NEED sunshine:) |
