14 months

Will is 14 months old today!

My sweet buddy,

• Your favorite word is "yum yum." In fact, it is the only word so far that we think you can attach meaning to. Yesterday when we were feeding you we said "yum yum Will!" and you repeated it for the rest of the day and all day today! It is pretty cute!
• Your other favorite word is "boo!" which comes out like "buh". We say "boo!" all the time when we are playing peek-a-boo with you, and you love it!
• You LOVE playing with your cozy coupe car (the Flinstones looking car). You crawl in and out of it all day, and love going for rides around the house.
• Your favorite foods are bananas, grapes, sweet potatoes and goldfish!
• You think sneezing is hilarious, both when you do it or when someone else does it - you start giggling every time.
• When it is time for your naps or bedtime, we pick you up and say, "Let's go night-night" and you always wave goodbye (even if there is no one there) and then put your thumb in your mouth. You know you are headed to bed!
• You also associate opening the front door with waving (I guess from when we wave to Matt when he's leaving) so anytime we go out the door, you automatically start waving.
• Even though you've taken a step a couple of times, you are still crawling (which is just fine for your momma!). You do like to push yourself up and balance and you are really good at it!
• You love sitting in our laps while we rock and read you books at night. You are remarkably calm and seem to enjoy it, which I love!
• You are the sweetest little boy and I love you SO much!!
